Conference Presentations
Conference is not a research conference where scientists within a specific field gather to present scientific journal material. It is rather a forum to discuss a nation’s challenges where the audience are mostly professionals gathered to share relevant knowledge and suggest technology-based initiatives.
Conference Presentation Reviews
Conference presentations/papers will be reviewed by members of program committee selected by the conference organizers. The reviewers can review these papers based on number of criteria such as:
✓ conformity with conference theme
✓ Relevance of work to the venue
✓ Value or contribution of the paper content
Conference paper abstracts (paper is not mandatory for the conference)
Conference organizers can accept paper abstracts and oral presentation material that are recommended by the review committee. However, the accepted abstracts should not be viewed as journal level articles, rather as “working paper” abstracts that can be eventually published outside the scope of the conference. I believe conference organizers should not seek at this point completed journal level paper articles.
